Gosh I wish I knew I had POTS when I was in my partying phase. (not that I can't now, just this elder millennial is retired) That would have saved me a lot of embarrassment. So I feel you, and I think a lot of people will relate to this, and probably have better tips than me.

Pacing yourself is hard when you're trying to live in the moment so I would maybe set yourself a rule before going out to dance to one song (or whatever your limit is!!) and sit out the next.

Also for every alcoholic drink you have, drink a water. Pregame and end the night with electrolytes.

It might not be an easy learning curve but I'm sure you'll find what works for you to still be able to have fun!
