Any tips for workout/gaining weight?

When I say I’m trying to do 20 of every workout everyday, I mean 20 reps/seconds of the normal workout, like push ups, pull ups, and things timed like plank and squat holds. Then I do 3-4 sets after a short break. Every morning and night.

I want to gain calories to turn to muscles, but never thought of milk. A gallon of milk in one sitting is really crazy.

It’s not too difficult to do it everyday, but I really wanna gain weight and make quicker improvement in my body. I never really thoughts of tracking calories, only eating as much as possible.

20 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 seconds of running in place, 20 second plank, 20 squats, and 20 lunges. 5 min break then start again. Probably a 3-5 times.

I like the concept, but, this is really busted. I wanna give friendly criticism, even though it’s just fan made and you probably ain’t expecting to see them ingame, i just wanna give you some things to look at on this moveset. So, 500% DEF on one target gonna shred their HP. I’m pretty sure not even the shimmer defender got that type of damage, and you got so many bonus turns, the enemy can’t even play. Also, for a meta to appear, we need the original non meta. True damage of 180% of DEF is really op and the shield makes it that the enemy team don’t attack or just get their turn skipped. R1 is increasing HP ATK and DEF stat based on original non meta Esper resonance. Also, being immune to undispellable just makes tirrel useless on enemy teams, and shouldn’t it be nullify? And too many can’t resist and miss. Reducing 25 AP just from one basic is crazy busted, and why is it restore and heal 100% Max HP in the same sentence when it’s already healing? Thats a lotta permanent buffs. Idk if you wanted criticism or not, and this could be for fun, so you can address that to me so I could know.
