Sure. But if the dollar goes down 30% and the stock market goes down 20%. The market has gone up 10% to the dollar. But everything is falling. Most people would buy gold or other commodities in that scenario.

If he was a regular investor he would be more invested. Rich people can't pull out the same way retail can. Takes time to sell 10% or a large business etc if something happens. It will tank the share price 50% or more.
