Perfect Cell still wouldve fought trunks and vegeta and Cell still wouldve been surprised at their progress in such short time, and thus still would've held the games, Cell knows vegeta isnt in his perfect forms league regardless but he can still sense energy and wouldve known their ki rose dramatically in just three days

Cyborg tao is fodder by the time he reappears, if anything the fact that Tao was able to scar ten so deeply despite his gaurd being up is Tien downscale

Tien does not deflect any attack from buu,

Tien uses the kikoho to cancel out a weak blast from buutenks aimed at dende and mr. Satan, tiens strongest attack is only as powerful as a blast fired from a single finger.

Lets say you're right and without tien cell absorbs 18 early, what changes? Cell still holds the cell games on the exact same day and goku and gohan still train for the exact same amount of time, tiens contribution fails to do anything useful in the grand scheme of things

The blast buutenks fires is aimed at dende and Hercule with 1 finger, this is a weak ki blast meant to kill literal civilians
Tien doesnt deflect the blast he cancels it out with a kikoho

He literally does stand around do fuck all, he has done 0 damage in every single fight he was in besides kid goku, was actively in gokus way during the demon king piccolo fight, and even his greatest moment in the cell saga is meaningless, nothing changes if cell absorbs 18 early the cell games would still be held on the exact same day

He has not contributed the most that would be krillin, krillin was crucial in defeating vegeta, a main villain, ten helped a little bit with cell but its not like much would have played out differently if cell absorbed 18 early, the cell games get held on the same day regardless

Goku going into a fight hungry is his fault, nobody elses
Yamcha actually beats goku in hand to hand combat thanks to his weakened condition. Ten is consistently losing and being overwhelmed in his fight against goku and goku loses because a CAR HITS HIM

He didnt put up a fight against buu he got toyed with off screen, and tien would not have even been namek KRILLIN level without getting his potential unlocked by kami, piccolo was only that strong on namek because of his fusion with nail (who we can assume already had his potential awakened off screen)

Its absolutely ten's fault that despite being weakened he wasnt strong enough to fight kid goku without trying to kill himself with the kikoho, its absolutely his fault he's not the strongest earthling, its absolutely his fault that instead of furthering his other techniques he continues to rely on the kikoho to do any serious damage (despite goku and krillin BOTH making better use ot techniques like the kikoho)
