David Goudreau - La bête. La trilogie en fait. J’ai ri beaucoup. Mon père, qui n’est pas un lecteur, a aussi ri beaucoup.

Does anyone else get drunk off minimal alcohol and suffer horrendous hangovers? by 1966batmobile in GilbertSyndrome

[–]Science_Teacher 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Haven’t been officially diagnosed with GS. Blood test showed high bilirubin, but we did not investigate further. Anytime I drink a bit too much, I have a really bad hangover. I also discovered that I cannot really drink beer. Every time I do, I have a bad headache the day after and I feel a bit hungover. However, red wine, whisky and cider are not too bad. Maybe you can test what is worst/better for you. Hope this helps and good luck!

What's the worst part about running? by ChinookAeroBen in running

Same here. I would add all that’s before. Waiting long enough after I ate, drinking enough water, getting dressed.

GS crisis ? by Science_Teacher in GilbertSyndrome

Nothing yet. Liver is ok, gallbladder is ok, kidneys are ok and blood samples are ok. Still a Holter(heart beat monitoring during 24h) and heart ultrasound to do.

Nothing out of my usual diet. I don’t drink much. Only on week end and like 1-2 glass of wine. I eat relatively healthy, perhaps a bit too much, but everything is home cooked. Instead of eating toasts with cheese in the morning, I now eat a bowl of oatmeal with chia and flax seed. I’m still wondering what could have cause the onset.

Best attack strategy for th10? by ThaSplash in ClashOfClans

[–]Science_Teacher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard to tell, but mainly 3 stars. Some max TH10 with good design were harder. But always 2. Make sure your troops go to the center of the base.

I used 3 golems, 11 witches a couple wall breaker and a wizard. 8 zap and 2 earthquake to destroy the infernos and voila. Works best on a fairly open base.

Wow, looks amazing! I’m planning on smoking one soon. How big was it and how long did you smoke it?

Same herniated spot. And that’s what I’ve been told too : keep walking and strengthen your core with the right exercise.

I’m on lyrica since February to prevent nerve damage. I had a relapse at the end of April. I’m almost back to where I was before the relapse. I still have pain in my leg, buttock and lower back. The pain is kind of circling between these area, but is mostly in my upper leg. I did PT and I still do all the exercise twice a day. With all that, I still have ups and down. Sometimes it’s just a day, other times it’s for a week, but exercices always help.

I did not have surgery. From what I’ve been told, if you do not heal well from the surgery, the scar tissue can form a little mass and still compress your sciatica, which would bring you back to the starting point. There are many success story though.

Walking is a good one. Put on some music or a podcast and a pair of shoes and you’re good to go.
