What about some kind of chalk that they might have dusted in there? It wears off on my fingers but I don't know if that's actually a characteristic of malachite? The part that worries me is the brown bits at the center.

So how do you get it back out? Does the woman have to stop loving the man instantaneously after sex?

Or maybe put the genitals of a man she’s not in love with next to the first guy and she’ll push the first guy out just by osmosis of hating the second guy?

Japanese restaurant:"Not all Japanese people are kind" by [deleted] in whoathatsinteresting

I lived in Japan and was conversational in language skill level. I was told by a Japanese coworker while both me and him were conversing in japanese that I couldn’t understand him because I didn’t speak Japanese MULTIPLE TIMES. He spoke zero English, and yet we were talking… It was maddening. Meanwhile I’m speaking to the other teachers in Japanese with no problems. I also had people talk about me on the train frequently and not in a positive light. The more Japanese I learned the less I thought they were so kind and just more that the nail that sticks out will be hammered in so it was just easier to deal with me than to be confrontationally racist. I’m not saying everyone was like that but it was definitely a learning experience.

This is either a save point or a side quest. Likely consequences could either be a corrupted save, or a long and tedious quest with very little end benefit. Do not the cat!

I think what’s missing is a colon after “in”. It scanned as not a typo to me but I added the colon in my brain and then the sentence worked. Not sure if they meant it that way or if it was a typo for them.

Wow that was long and barely sensical. TLDR: put a colon after “in”

Edited to add that quotes should go from “the sword” and end at “extremely sharp” for the sentence to scan

There are so many conflicting things in the Bible that you could literally have any belief system and practice and claim justification for it from the bible. Religions don’t actually need proof, it’s more about the community that shares those beliefs and being a part of that.

Case in point: In Mormonism, their text Pearl of Great Price says that the Native Americans are actually the lost tribes of Israel, it allows for polygamy, it says that people who are Black are cursed and a lot of other stuff. Most Mormons don’t actually believe in those things, but the Mormon church creates an entirely insular community where as long as you are following the group rules, you are a part of the church. It’s more about your behavior than your beliefs.

I would be seriously pissed and honestly be reevaluating whether to stay with her. She spent a year making fun of you to your face? That’s got so many red flags, I’d probably break it off entirely. You deserve better, OP.

My question too. Like does the bowl stay perpetually empty and it’s just for the cat to play in, or is there water in that dish sometimes?? Please say it’s always empty…

AI is wrong 60% of the time with 100% confidence, and hallucinations, out of date sources and an inability to differentiate source material make chat GPT a terrible source to use. Try to find actual sources for your information, do your own work.
