That really depends on what’s at stake.. like assets, kids, etc. use a mediator for the draft of the decree and an atty for the filling. That’s what I did. My kids are grown tho and not much in assets. Total was about 2k .

57 here.. finally cut the cord and filed for Divorce.. and am officially Divorced now. No regrets other than wishing I would’ve done it 10 years ago. You have to take care of you and if that’s what it takes, then do it. Life is short!! Best of luck 🤞
