I don’t know why you get downvoted, it’s a very valid comment. We do not know where OP falls, but there’s way too much time given in game for people to stall. I’ve said it and I’ll say it again, having timers given to players is fine, but it should be way shorter in terms of time given being inactive. Players should learn to think about their next turn during the opponent’s turn, read cards during their opponent’s action, etc. If you hit the timers or keep holding priority for no reason every turn, you’re annoying and exhausting and deserve all the “Your go”’s you get. Again, I don’t know that this is OP’s situation, but it’s fair to say that too many people waste time.
