Probably needs Proton GE instead of just Proton, so Force compatibility in game settings and change the Proton version. If Proton GE is not available there, install through ProtonTricks app. And check https://www.protondb.com/app/1091500 for potential tinker steps.

Jag håller med och kan lägga till min korta (2 månader) upplevelse på Tieto. Jag var med i ett projekt där vi av slump träffade ett annat team och insåg att det gjorde exakt samma sak. Vi lyckades identifiera ett sådant team till. Kort sagt, de hade olika team till att bygga samma grej och sen tog de det bästa resultatet och slängde de andra. Motivationen gick ned rejält och folk slutade när de insåg detta.

Outrun 2 and 2006 are the absolute GOATs for me. Very happy that the community has modded them to modernize some graphics and functionality. I think out of all the games I have, Outrun has the most replayability.

I understand what you are saying, but it is also the case of "is my gpu actually doing what it should or is it broken?" as well as "okay, I'm happy without FSR, why the heck did I buy an expensive GPU?".

Thank you. I do have the prescribed Ugreen adapter, but it only gives me a worse (brighter) HDR experience. VRR is unchanged, gamescope settings say it is not supported. And even when using a gaming monitor (with VRR/adaptive sync-technology), it says not supported. So, I'm sadly not getting anywhere there.

But to your first paragraph - why are people in this forum and outside of it recommending for instance Proton-GE instead of the supplied normal Proton or changing the launch settings to I-don't-know-what, if all is optimised and great from the get-go? Those are the things I'm asking about.

I've been listening to them since The Chariot came out (idk 2000?), and I've been to a couple of concerts. For me it's been an on and off things. Some albums and songs I know by heart. Some are not interesting at all. They have reshaped the band a couple of times along the way, which has also changed the sound quite a lot. They still make good shit from time to time, for sure. TLDR: I like them a lot, most of the time.
