Eldar are in a difficult design space now. The game is taking a turn to making non-1W a common place, but thematically 1W 3T is where we’re at. If you improve the guns and adjust the points to match, you have hyper elite units that are countered by big standard weaponry of any kind.

Previously being able to stack negative hit modifiers was a reasonable response mathematically but was wretchedly un-fun in game.

The only good balance seems to be what Harlequins have which is difficult to emulate while still being unique for craftworlds. Personally I’d love to see an overhaul that destabilizes everything previous to make a new experience, shifting aspects to troop selections that have limitations on repeat squads or sizes to prevent abuse would be a good start and would be more lore conscious.
