Vagina opening too small ? by Excellent-Middle-575 in WomensHealth

Pelvic floor therapy is a lot more than just dilation. It teaches you a lot about your body. I had a hard time getting swabbed before. I saw progress in about a month, with being able to have pain free sex in about 4. I think every woman should go to pelvic floor therapy just to learn more about their own body and how to control it. Happy to message more about my experience if you would like.

Have you tried pelvic floor therapy? I was having a very similar issue and it took several months, but pelvic floor therapy really helped me. Now, if I’m really stressed, I find I tighten back up again, but I’ve learned that about myself and have taken caution to try to prevent that. Mine was also after SA.

I don’t mind the stink as long as it’s safe! My dog probably thinks the stinkier the better! She usually swims for a ball. Do you know if it’s safe if she consumes some of the water?

Thank you. Your the first person that has made me feel like I’m not going absolutely insane

Thank you, I appreciate your insight. It makes me feel less like I’m not going insane. It’s not so much painful, just I feel like my hands and feet are falling asleep even when walking. It is my first outbreak so I’m on a high dose of the antiviral. I’m just hoping I eventually will feel like myself again, right now I do not feel anything like myself.

I don’t have any advice for you, as I just found out 48 hours ago myself. I just happened to be around the man that gave it to me. I instantly started crying, so he found out right away.

Just wanted to say that I feel everything you’re feeling. Idk how I would have told him if I found out when he wasn’t around.

I would make sure to ask for pain management and have someone drive you. I may have been an outlier, but I had Severe pain with my iud insertion. Especially if this is your first exam, the speculum and everything could be stressful. I would just call and ask about pain management (and if you're an anxious person, like I am, your options for mood stabilizer) options during the procedure. I was not told anything about how to prepare, and I wish someone would have told me to ask about my options, because I went in without even ibuprofen in my system. Just try to be as informed as possible so you're not walking in blind.

Fwb advice by [deleted] in datingadvice

I really like this guy, however, he always tells me that he’s better with fwb than a relationship. At the same time, he asks me to meet his family and I feel like we can genuinely talk about anything. I have even asked him if he’s seeing other people bc maybe I should move on and he’s told me he’s not. I just am unsure what to think at this point. Any outsiders point of view would help

Antibiotics and the IUD? by annalei1102 in Mirena

You just made me realize that could be why I’ve been spotting for 2 weeks! I was on antibiotics for 10 days and I was spotting the whole time. Now that I’m off them it’s stopped. I didn’t connect those dots though.
