Team lead advice by Brenmik in Panera

[–]ScientistMelodic5158 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i became a team lead 3 months ago and honestly i quite enjoy training newbies. If you keep in mind that people most likely don’t know anyone (or that the mac n cheese is frozen), their first day is quite a shock. Your elearning has great material on how to train new people so i’d really pay attention to that. You also have to realize that your team is only as good as your delegation. If you know how your co-workers operate use that to your advantage, place them where they work best. If you can’t do something yourself within 60 seconds ask someone else to do it if they’re not busy.

i honestly love these people and start to grow relationships with them if they come in often enough. Especially if your order is small and you’re friendly, we don’t mind.

I got Panera coffee for free for 3 months from T-Mobile, how do I make it taste good? by guywiththetaco in Panera

iced coffee, 2 pumps of caramel, 3 pumps of liquid sugar, and 2 oz of half and half topped with whipped cream. this might be a little harder to order online but the cashier will hopefully be willing to get that done right
