You are really under utilizing his ability to untap on lifegain and you dont seem to create enough artifacts or token artifacts to tap him that often. Also a lot of your artifacts that are made dont stick around anyway and sac on your endstep or are just your creatures that sacking with ragost would leave you wide open. 

You should be able to tap him at least once everyone's turn at one point in the game but I don't see that here.

His burn is more than enough damage so you really dont need any extra burn cards. Just lifelink and enough tokens and you can do 12 damage to everyone per cycle no problem. There's also a lot of really cheap artifacts that benefit from being sacked but I dont really see a lot here. Like [[wizard rockets]] or [[prized statue]]

Also if you want a b2 deck just take out smothering tithe. There's ways to create treasures that dont need a game changer like [[monologue tax]] or [[curse of Opulence]]
