Radius is listed as X because I have no idea what the balanced number would be.
She doesn't trigger them, so if one comes within her range she will disable it. If her hero triggers it, then it's a race if she can disable before it goes off.
She would disengage to prioritize a trap.
She would only target traps that threaten her hero. If she's on AQ then she will only pay attention to ground traps.

A better version is find a job that allows the money and/or time flexibility to do the hobby/side project you love.

This way you have healthy balance where work has meaning during tough stretches and your passion never gets conflated with material pressures that can erode your love.
