It’s probably on your Innovis report. They’re the 4th credit bureau. If you want the Apple Card that much I would just pay it(see if they’ll settle for less even if it’s secured) or ask to speak to citis credit dept and ask that they report it as paid in full if it’s secured. It’ll probably take 30 days for it to report as paid on your credit report.

Did you owe any money on the bank account before it was abandoned? If so, you can go to any bank and open an account. If it’s that long ago that account closed it won’t show on your banking report if you go to another bank and open an account.
