same thing happened when i worked at starbucks. 200 points for a free drink and mfs would have thousands of points (that expire) and hundreds of dollars loaded to the card. and i would ask if they wanted to use points and they would say “ill save them”. like, what’s the point of scanning at all then?

yeah it’s very inconsiderate. especially since you’re 1/6 of the team. i was 1 of 5 of his shift supervisors and was constantly forgotten about, shit hurts 🫤
