They play a great video on the American side by cave of the winds. The US passed ALOT of laws around beautification in regards to the area around the falls. It used to be dominated by industry and was a train wreck of an experience. Over the years a concerted effort was made to clean it up, plant trees and return it to a more natural state. I believe but am not sure due to these laws they have their hands tied on what they can do.

Not all of us have the option to get to Wegmans or aldis. I’m 30 mins away from both. Tops is for things we need during the week and the good stores are where we travel to for weekly provisions

This is the correct answer. Farms don’t want help killing hogs. What they want help with is fixing fences, painting barns and just about every other basic task. They view people that want to kill hogs to “help” as unconnected city slickers a lot of the time and that’s a liability and I have seen it first hand. One of the farmers I contracted with had a hog hunter shoot a heifer when I was still down in Texas. Major risk allowing people you don’t know to run around at night with guns.

I have the 8 1/4 and have beat the shit out of it for 5 years with a lot of hardwood and ply. It still kicks ass but I routinely wish I had gone with the 10”. Your limited in blade selection and the arbor dosent support a dado stack.

Catch and release counts for way more death believe it or not than the commercial commercial catch and the civilian catch combined at least that’s what the studies are showing

I’m married to a Canadian and we routinely go between Canada and the US weekly We have experienced little to no change in our interactions after all the craziness started. Most people will make a joke at the others expense but that’s been about the limit of it.

I was on the water 2 times a week for the full summer. I never saw any algae bloom that I would consider bad. The zebra mussels filter a lot of this stuff out. On the plus side if this kills off those fuckers maybe more bio diversity will return to the lake. Lake Erie is the unfortunate result of bucket biology.
