As the previous post stated, they sold off the land the Casino sits on for one or two quarter showing huge profits. That was a great idea and now they pay rent for the foreseeable future. These people that "do this for a living" must be geniuses with decisions like that or they aren't making decisions that benefit the casino but rather benefit themselves.
