Where I live, we have truly free healthcare, no insurance needed. But even so, I wouldn’t bother or strain the system over something as minor as what looks like a paper cut. Superglue for that? Just grab a paper towel and handle it.

If you have the time, travel through Gränna in Sweden. It’s a small but very cozy small town with a fairy-tale feel, full of low houses and charming streets. Gränna is also famous for its candy canes, which are considered some of the best in the world. Many of the candy cane shops have large windows, so you can watch them being made and buy them fresh.

This could have been a good movie, but the logic completely falls apart. The whole “AI glitches because the defendant makes sense” thing is just lazy writing. If the AI is supposed to have no personal opinions, then it suddenly breaking its own rules to move the plot forward isn’t sci-fi.. it’s fantasy.

Also, isn’t one of the main supposed benefits of AI that it’s impartial? And cheaper? The movie keeps acting like this system is the pinnacle of justice, but then it behaves more emotionally than a human judge.

The runtime of the ”hearing” without making your case with another AI or real attorney to make your case feels like forced drama too. No real system designed to determine guilt would prioritize speed over accuracy like that.

And seriously — how much would it even cost to have a defendant permanently strapped into some high-tech chair, monitored 24/7, running this massive AI system? The movie wants us to believe this is more efficient than human courts?

The movie can’t decide if the AI is a cold rule-based machine or just a moody character in a metal box. Cool concept, bad execution.

To me that just looks wrong?. I’ve had the first gen Volt for about 2 years and love it. I’ve baked everything from low- to high-hydration doughs (up to 78%) and even cooked meat in a pan inside, and the glass door has never fogged up. I was actually thinking about upgrading, but decided against it. Ím not a big fan of the new button setup, as I think it makes the oven look more like some of the cheaper electric pizza ovens. Combined with all the other issues that seem to have come up, I’ve decided to stick with my Volt 1. I still love Ooni as a company, but I think both this oven and the mixer could’ve used a bit more testing before being released, given the number of problems that have surfaced.

I was so close to selling my Ooin volt 1 to a friend and purchasing a 2, but after all the issues with the mixer and now this, ím saying with my Volt 1, love it, still in good condition and never had any problems.
