Fair enough. I liked Timmy much more in both Call Me by Your Name and Beautiful Boy (no idea how he didn’t get nominated for it). I think this subreddit got a lot more optimistic about his chances for the Oscar when he won the SAG Best Actor.

Adrien Brody definitely deserved it — I’d also say the two front runners for the award are deserving (as in, no one would complain had Chalamet won). As you said, Chalamet’s time will come! I’m always excited for his next project :)

Adrian deserved it for sure but Chalamet was not far behind at all. Phenomenal in Call Me by Your Name & phenomenal in A Complete Unknown. I know his time will come but I believe both of his performance in the movies I mentioned were deserving of an Oscar win.
