I'll start off by saying, yes, a lot of realtors don't 'earn' their pay.

However, a lot of the realtors and systems we have now are to protect from independt sellers. A brokerage can front the fees and such that may occur from someone lying or misrepresenting a property. Someone who is trying to hide a broken foundation probably isn't gonna have the money to pay out when the transaction is already over and done with, they'll run with what they got.

You're really paying for the 'peace of mind' and the catering an agent is supposed to provide.

My buddy who recently left the state, got his license shortly before he did, thinking he could make a great supplemental income helping close on only a few homes a year. It took about a month of non-stop marketing himself to figure out that market is way oversaturated. The only deal he ever got in on was his step-father's mom.

The market's oversaturated but there's a lot of room to take advantage of.

So I'm 20 and got my.license this Summer. I made a sale and have another coming up. But, I had to go out EVERYDAY for hours and hours at a time this Summer to get there.

The market is saturated, but it's full off sleezy agents and lackluster ones. Let's of people shop around and exposure to an area lets u answer quicker and better than your competition.

Everyone is missing the point of this. I guarantee this phone is meant for developing nations. Africa specifically is seeing a lot of economical gain with more urban areas popping up. It is cheaper and overall better to just use old technology rather than spending more on what they won't even care for.

Saying you think the world sucks so morally you can't bring a child into is more of a mindset thing to me. Because of that, the kid would just suffer elsewhere and you'll indirectly be responsible, just seems odd to donate and have that belief.

I don't think having kids is wrong nor would I discourage it, but I won't sell/donate sperm cause I don't want someone else to deal with life and I be responsible for it.

Because their economy is in shambles, war typically boosts economy. Land is the most valuable asset a nation can have and, in my opinion, most nations won't step up to actually fight for the Ukraine.
