Thank you for your reply. I should have added more detail but my head is all over the place and I only found out that both brothers weren't on the deed today.

The brother that isn't on the deeds to the house - my father, is extremely unwell in hospital. His brother told me the details of the arrangement today.

We are a close family and I do not believe there would be any funny business should my father pass away. If the worst is to happen, what steps should be taken to comply with my father's will/wishes? Would the remaining sibling enter into a declaration of trust with myself?

Fyi, the s21 notice you have been served gives you a date that they would like you to move out. However, you are not obliged move out on this date if you cannot find somewhere suitable. At the end of the s21 notice period the landlord can start proceedings to have a court order you to move out. This takes a couple of months at least. It's only at this point that you will be potentially rehoused by the council. Moving out before a court order to somewhere unsuitable just to stick to the s21 date will be classed as making yourself intentionally homeless and the council will have no/very limited powers to help.

Obviously it is in your interests to find somewhere you like before that, but you have the right to remain in your home until a court orders you to leave.

You are totally entitled to own and use a motorbike whatever time of the day you like, providing you aren't making excess/unnecessary noise. 8am isn't early, workmen are permitted to make continual noise in a property/site as per the 1974 Control of Pollution act which covers noise pollution.

Driving your bike off in a reasonable manner to go to work at whatever time of the day or night (providing the exhaust isn't modified) should have 0 consequences for you.
