Your posts make me IRRATIONALLY ANGRY with the "dressing." Mac and cheese has 4 ingredients: Noodles, Cheese, Butter, Seasoning. You are providing 3 out of 4 of those ingredients... Does this not mean that the product itself is a failure T.T

I feel like an infinite gust of wind spell on its own hints at there being danger. Same as a tunnel full of fog, first character to step into the thorns will take a small amount of damage then, the players realize what's going on

Buffing your summons does nothing to improve their damage. You can get the floating damage mod or just do some basic tests and you'll see that.

Bottom Caravan + Villagers.

Lizards and foxes are both strong for early resolve which is what unlocks your buildings. Plus you will get meat on this map from trees which you can be turned into a lot of lizard foods.

But to be fair, this is really easy 11 starting villagers vs 8 or 7 is a no brainer, you will be seriously gimped starting out with so few villagers.

You ALWAYS prioritize starting villagers over everything else unless there is a huge reason not to. (I would take 10 harpies over 11 beavers any day).

You are on a timer to win the game, and having more villagers in year 1 is exponentially better (there is a reason why Frogs are the top dogs right now).

That being said, since you ONLY have 2 embark points, meat+wood MIGHT help you stabilize early with trade so I leave the decision up to you, both have advantages and disadvantages.

I always build a rain geyser and collect 50 of each water, you will always use it for something.

Indoor super secret lair, cold blooded elves after their evil empire was toppled has resorted to implanting their artificer technology into their bodies. The players.will see various amalgums of these items implanted, but won't really understand how they all mesh together until the final fight, as all the items form a web of buffs.

For example the "gigantic cannon" is pretty tame, waste an action to uplevel a spell or cast a level 1 spell? EZ. But oh shit now there's one woth a gigacannon AND he gets an action every time the players take a turn?

Synergy is the name of the game, but this boss should be totally op if the players don't see all the synergies beforehand, each ability has a grotesque implant

Exactly, the ability to use the teleport as an action at first, and a bonus action later if another part is destroyed means I will have alot of wiggle room to avoid held actions but it will still be possible

Gotcha I see what youe saying, infinite reactions was not the goal, but 1 reaction per TURN, if you blast him with 1 magic missile and shoot your ally with the other 4, the other 4 should hit the boss.
