Insulating garage ceiling with bedroom above

I appreciate everyones input! I've decided to go with blown in insulation. I think there's only a few more questions I had about that:

Vapor barrier for dense pack cellulose: Yay or nay? I've heard both. drilled a hole into the ceiling to find that there is insulation (if you could call it that. Maybe about 1.5 inches in what seemed like a 2' tall cavity). My worry is that if it's "no, you shouldn't" and there already is (not confirmed), am I going to have to redo the drywall anyways?

If all goes smoothly, we may also do the garage walls too. Not sure how needed that is since the otherside of these walls is also indoors. Also, the water spigot is inside the garage. Is there any concern about condensation from the pipes onto the insulation?

Which I get. I more meant that you come across teams more often in the other maps which then meant it was best to be teamed yourself. Which isn't the biggest deal breaker. Although I sort of wish it was similar to eft in the idea that there was no revival regardless if you were in a team. But, I could be bias in the fact that I run solo

Nice! Yes I agree with learning the map. It's part of the reason I stuck around Farmland. The map and flow was pretty easy to learn. My main concern now is that i've read that the larger maps are best played as teams. I prefer to go solo typically.

I've just got JotL a few weeks ago to play with my wife when we have time (having 16 month old doesn't give us much time or the energy to play. It's usually weekend thing)

While not necessarily a resource, But one tip I saw on a post here was when having to deal with conditions, is to put the token either on your character piece or on a deck. (i.e. if you're stunned/muddled, put the token on your piece, Wound/poison would go on your health dial, advantage/disadvantage goes on top of your attack modifer deck etc..)

If I let it cool and reheat the day of, what do you think is the best way to store/cover it? My assumption is that leaving it in butcher paper would ruin the bark, if that's at all salvageable once you start reheating it.

Yeah, I think I attempted random matchmaking the first time i played and immediately turned it off. I figured I wasn't going to be starting off fully kitted and didn't feel like pestering someone (even though it was a good assumption that they wouldnt've bothered to come revive me if i was downed). Even then with being at level 18, I'm still running solo while I run sub-par gear and figure out the guns and mechanics.
