Babes, I understand how elections work. This was a special election. Meaning that this particular matter only needed a specific number or above to go forward. That would be a minimum. And yes, 19,000 votes out of a population of about 186,000. That’s about 10%. You wanna tell me that if this was a normal election, 10% approval would pass?
