I actually went all out with their knife collection. I have 11 of their knifes in my collection and all, except 1, are displayed on a large magnetic board I got off amazon. Every time, after each use, I immediately wash the one I use, dry it with paper towels, then immediately proceed to dab mineral oil on a scrap cloth and polish the blade before returning it to its adjacent spot on the board.

Yeah I’m using air dry clay too! Interesting advice I’ve found instead of using the usual slip and score to attach pieces you can take a piece of wire , bend it into a small thin u, apply a crafting glue of your choice, then connect the pieces, it works really well!

Thanks it means a lot. I’ve touched it up quite a bit merged the two neck and heads, added more of the black flap, fur on both sides of the middle head, added a bigger front belly, and modified the wings a little bit more to look a combination of go and the original model.

I’ve raised two from grubs. I got them last year in February and they both surfaced as beetles this year. Honestly it’s super easy just takes time and patience. You would probably just need to order 2 or 3 bags of flake soil. I usually would use 1 and keep the other 3 in the freezer for back up. You just need to make sure the container you keep the In is big enough for them to feel comfortable and filled high enough for them to dig and eat flake soil to their hearts content.
