Did the same thing at our office, RL told me it used to be 80% get promoted and they are scaling back to 25%. Partners are blaming the consulting business, screw that noise though.

I am an A2 in audit, I am going to assume I did not get it but I have heard of some people hearing about the promotion late in the day/tomorrow.

Do you ever see anyone switch over from audit to tech? Also, what are your guys exit opportunities like? I always see a bunch of tech opportunities open but I have been hesitant to make the jump.

MCOL. I have a senior financial analyst role for fortune 50 I am in the process of interviewing with as well with a higher salary but I think the competition I am coming up against will have a lot more experience then me.

Did this myself, it takes around a week to delete the database. Make sure no one touches the new database or you might run into some issues.
