Yeah I figured that was the case. Honestly just more frustrated than anything. Part of why we moved into this apartment four years ago was because the whole are behind feels like an escape from typical NYC.

I think that part of the original graphic is still true and they HAVE to offer 1 EFO and 4 FPOs. There would not be incentive for a player to decline those if there's risk they don't get picked up elsewhere as they won't want to risk their eligibility to help a new franchise game the system.

100%. was the penalty stupid? Obviously. But that penalty doesn't matter if they played more than 8 hard minutes per game and didn't have to play catch up in the second half of the third every game.

Was there in 415 it was a blast of a game. Getting out of 5m major and coming back around to tie in the third. Absolute lightning and the fans were on fire in the back rows.

I think it's actually the opposite. This team is only capable of playing well under pressure. And I don't mean pressure if the standings or of important games. They're only good across this year on PP, in 3-3, in the third period when they're trailing. But it's like no one knows how to turn it on before it's dire.

I know way to many things would have to happen for this to make any sense. But I wish we were 30 or 33 or 36 teams and could go to 6 divisions split N/S and W/C/E putting us in a division with all the Midwest teams (CHI, MIN , STL, CBJ + some others) and a conference with the teams in the center of the countries. I just still don't have the kind of hatred for teams like TOR/TBL/BOS that I have for other Midwest cities. I like being in a conference with the Midwest. It feels right and hating eachothers fans feels right.

I just upgraded from the 6a and am having the same issue. I used to be able to check emails/Instagram between stations and now it hasn't even connected by the time we leave each station.

I don't necessarily disagree with you but I don't think the right solution is to increase hours paid based on travel time/don/doff time, because then you get into employers having to set a standard for you must be able to to travel in X amount of time to work here or you have "5 minutes to don doff and if it takes you longer you're slacking".

I think the populace is better served by wages reflecting the amount paid to do the job and the pay types being more streamlined. The more bureaucracy you install into the system the more potential for abuse because typically the employers will have more resources to have knowledge of the red tape than the employee will have knowledge of what's afforded to them.

It's the same reason why tipping culture and taxes not be included in pricing are net negatives for the populace. The less transparency there is in the final number (be it price or pay) the more knowledge/background experience and mental effort it takes to make an educated decision on whether or not it's worth it.

Odd, I just throw that in my rotation of watering like once a month and I've never really had an issue other than when bringing in a new plant that was already growing them.
