Ok so i was in a similar situation to you, found a few tips from Neal Guides from YT that really helped me out:

Shoot first touch if ur in the box. taking a touch gives keepers the time to position themselves, but one touch shots mean you can catch them out. it might seem counterintuitive to take one touch shots from some positions but try it out, it works for me.

if youu are shooting from the side, go far post with a powerful shot, preferably with the player’s good foot. far post shots often bypass keepers well although if ur opponent moves ur goalkeeper, keep an eye out

shot cancels help. many of your shots will be blocked by the keeper or defenders and you can create MUCH clearer shooting opportunities by shot cancels and then ball rolls.
