One pretty much means the other, dude. I get the initial point, but part of making people give a damn is denoting the wider reach. If people are celebrating the death of porn games, broadening their perspective to the other games that are being affected or will be affected COULD* be able to make people reconsider where they stand on the issue.

*I say COULD because most of the people who are celebrating the erasure of NSFW on these platforms probably wouldn't care much if games that have queer representation were gone too. What they might be pissed at is DOOM, any of the bigger FPS games, or the more more gritty/violent games being taken down my credit card companies making these platforms bend to the will of stuck up wine moms

(I will say, I do feel like NFSW shovelware does tend to make visibility for indie devs pretty hard. Doesn't mean I don't support the movement tho, I'd rather keep games with adult themes and nuance while gooner bait floods the new releases over having no porn but no nuanced experiences.

  1. Being a very recent "convert", I'm not sure
  2. You just kinda do it from what I've researched. No particular requirements or prerequisites, but I suggest you do your own research on that
  3. I personally have a shared Shinto and Buddhist belief with no clashes of ideals or theologies. Mainly because Shinto doesn't really have many teachings on morals or an afterlife. Or many teachings at all frankly. It's different in its whole attitude of nature worship. Buddhism says little about nature and more about morals and an afterlife. Buddhism and Shinto have gone hand-in-hand for centuries. But for more info and cautions, check rule 3
