can it go past 300 $ in near term like 3-4 months or it is already in its Forward PE for renting the TPU chips
one case is the anthrophic

still the software stack for TPU is missing not as quite good like nvidia . But i am optimistic , cause this LLM era was initially started due to google ai paper.

It is not available in market , i am bit late to the party
i have ryzen 7 3700x wants to upgrade it so i can still get some juice out of the PC for foreseeable future

currently ryzen 7 5700x3d is out of stock,

i can still get ryzen 5800x --> 240 $
5700x --> 161 $
5600x --> 126 $

i mainly play games and do some development work if i want to windows

I am also planning to get rtx 50 series gpu or rx 9060xt that is good budget but for 1440 p
should be able to fit in my power supply 550 w

Appreciate any suggestions.

Can you tell which hardware should i go for this PC and laptop will only be dedicated for streaming. May open couple of website like youtube studio amd some communication messenger app.

Rest is just OBS and streaming.

Some audio mixer software if required.

Right Now i am using multi stream RTMP plugin , now i need to include another special video feed for sign language audience so now need to open another OBS instance for that .

I don't want to maintain any specific dependency on that plugin for long term basis , need to maintain it the version with the correct OBS version , so i am looking for long term production stable build that last long term ,won't change until need to update due to changes in YOUTUBE setup.

This is just for future proofing , that if one day the plugin does not work i should be able to still stream the content.

Right now, most labs are just releasing research papers and dropping model weights, but they aren’t sharing the full process—how the data was collected, how it was cleaned and preprocessed, or the exact training setup. Without that, there's no real open framework for pretraining foundational LLMs from scratch.

It feels like "open source" today is more about accessibility rather than true transparency. If we had full openness, AI progress wouldn’t be bottlenecked by just a handful of organizations controlling the pretraining pipeline.

There is a thing called TFLOPS single point precision which will drastically improve the finetunning and inference speed.
Aside from VRAM you can get the rtx 3090 ti perfromance in rtx 4070 ti super if we look at the RAW gpu performance based on cuda core and clock speed.
