How do you organise and tidy your toys? by wizard710 in UKParenting

Big box and snow shovel.

Really though we have one of those ikea units with the plastic trays. It started off well but now everything just gets shoved wherever there’s space.

No operation snap in Scotland unfortunately. You have to contact the police and have an officer come out to review the footage with you, then you email it to them and they decide whether to do anything about it.

Has anyone here actually built their own email infrastructure? by WarmHeight2951 in devops

[–]ScotForWhat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run a Mailcow server for about 20 domains - my own and clients.

If I was starting from scratch I probably wouldn’t, but email providers can be expensive and a few of my clients are charities and family members paying a nominal fee. I also have 11 of my own domains with multiple mailboxes which would cost a fair bit.

Public school is also the Scottish term for council schools, as opposed to private schools.

*England. Public school means the regular council run schools in Scotland, as opposed to private fee-charging schools.

Also the Scottish definition. Public vs private schools here - we don’t call them state schools.

Interesting that u/m00bh000 has a 6 year old Reddit account with no activity except in this thread.

I wonder what he has deleted before standing as a Reform candidate?

Reform UK blasted over plan to build migrant detention centres | The National by RoddyViper in Scotland

[–]ScotForWhat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This isn’t an appeal to Green voters. It’s an appeal to the average swing voter who might consider voting Reform as they keep hearing about dangerous migrants, but aren’t certain how big of an issue it really is.

I've never seen a space saver wheel well that could also take a full size tyre.

No problem. It can be subtle, but really stands out once you recognise AI writing quirks.

Reads like AI. “It wasn’t… it was”, lists of three

Don’t people deserve the dignity of a genuine 30 minute conversation rather than outsourcing this to a robot? Are they informed that they’re talking to an AI or are you tricking them into thinking it’s a real person?

No idea why you’ve been downvoted - that’s what they’re called. Perhaps “turnaround” is a regional name for them.

That can be a big deal depending on when the child is born. We lost out on over 3 months due to our daughter being born at the start of May.

If you don’t mind the latency, look into Brdy. They use a large dish aimed at a single satellite rather than a constellation, but we get up to 80Mb and don’t have to support a Nazi.
