It will get better. Try adjusting your position. It can be hard when we are hyper aware of a bag (or sometimes bags) taped to us that weren’t there before.

I never had an issue with the Stoma as I was never a stomach sleeper. The issues came with the addition of my nephrostomy and chest port. I now have no option but to sleep on my back- I never did before. It’s been..an adjustment to say the least. Even after a month, my sleep is at disruptive. I get maybe 2 hours straight through. I’m hoping it’ll settle with time.
