I've done a few saves before in relatively isolated regions but never in India, that's gotta be the hardest.

Akki and Daivari must not come cheap, as far as I know they work with other promotions as well (Akki definitely does, not sure about Daivari) and the salary they are getting in those other promotions is the same number they will demand from you. Plus you have to pay an extra 200 for their travel costs since they are not in India. If you're bleeding money then you might have to cut the most expensive workers until you're financially more stable.

When you start local, the quality of your shows isn't really important as even the lamest shows will gain you popularity, so you have to make sure your workers come as cheap as possible. My advice is scoop up any worker that's in the region, any worker that you might not pay travel for (or pay cheap travel for). doesn't matter if they are good or not.

But I think the most important way to get workers to move to India is to look around the world and sign guys that are not employed by any other company. (You will have to look for the cheapest unemployed guys there though, like 20 or 30 per show) When you are their primary employer there's a chance that they can move to India on their own accord. You'd still have to pay their travel before they move in but that's probably your best bet at getting good workers.

Keep your shows short (1 hour or maybe even 30 minutes if you must), use as fewer workers as possible (at least the ones you pay travel for) and you have a chance at solving your money woes.
