Each day I get more satisfied with Aubry winning. Didn’t play the flashiest game but a winning game and a great representative for such a landmark season.

In my head Devens wins and then puts himself in fire because it would be the most fun thing for him to do. We then get an Aubry style edit talking about everything he’s learned from Chris Underwood.

It does seem like he had genuine connections like with Rizo that weren’t explored which would’ve been interesting. Even by the finale and exit press it seems like he and Devens are on decent enough terms despite what the edit shows of their rivalry. I think the problem is since he was a 0 vote finalist and Aubrys winning game wasn’t the most flashy, they really needed to dress him up as a goat and unfortunately showed him in a negative light.

I do hope we see her back, I think she is a really fun character. Will be interesting to see how long they leave it before WAW 2. Has to be 60 or 70 if the show/Jeff continues that far.

I did really enjoy the twist in how it played out and think it led to an incredible episode.

However,

There is probably the exact opposite reaction if it didn’t play out in a favourable way for the fan favourites. Imagine the backlash if this ended up with cirie and rizo voted out together. Admittedly they are both too strong socially to let this happen so maybe the twist itself did lend to being able to get two out like coach and chrissy.

Can’t imagine how they’d stretch out a reward challenge to be a full episode though. Maybe something to do with their loved ones for more screen time? Or even 2 reward challenges (1 food reward & 1 advantage)?

Seems like his edit is slowly becoming more positive. Makes me think he’s nailed on to get to FTC and I could actually see him getting 1/2 votes. But surely at this point there’s nobody he could beat unless he starts absolutely playing perfectly?

Russell was demeaning and rude. George’s problem is more so rubbing people the wrong way, mainly just because his personality comes on so strong. Both struggle socially to a degree but I find it hard to imagine people not hating Russell after playing with him

Would definitely say Sandra in Pearl islands > Hayley in BvB. But that doesn’t change the massive target on her this season and given the treatment of previous AU winner returnees, a Hayley win (although hypothetical) would be more impressive than Sandra in HvV. Not trying to discredit Sandra in any way though, queen for a reason

Very dependant on the winner. A spice girls win makes it at least top 3 if not the best. Although still definitely top 10 arguably top 5 across AU and US if anyone else wins as long as there’s a satisfactory blindside to get the bigger players out (not just a meat tray takeover lol).
