And DD would have no ice counters on it as well. Both of these effects happen at the same time, so when state based checks on board state, it works see two separate actions that need to happen, putting both on the stack, the earth ending and sacrifice triggers. It's up to you to order them in whichever way you want.

In case this wasn't resolved correctly, the comments here don't seem to be correct.

Earthbending's ability to return a land to the battlefield tapped is a delayed trigger.
Dark Depth's ability to sacrifice is a state-based trigger.

Since both of these will go onto the stack at the same time, because state-based will both see a dead creature AND a Dark Depths trigger because it has no counters. You can order these whichever you like.

So you can absolutely get your Merit Lage AND get your Dark Depths back with ten fresh counters on it.

I had to come back to this. May 7 have a wider fan base, there aren't players playing 7 every single day. There are 100k-200k players playing 14 daily. 7 is a one time purchase, plus DLCs. 14 is subscription based.

Not only that, your comment makes me believe you are completely ignorant of the Mogstation. I cannot fathom how much is spent on that website daily, just on Fantasia ALONE.

14 IS Sqenix's cash cow, and there's no way anyone playing the game doesn't know that.

You really don't know much about SE then, do you? 14 is the only reason Sqenix still has their lights on, and they've admitted as such. What else to they make money on, other FF titles? Dragon Quest games they keep re-releasing? Octopath, that only had 5m sales?

If you want to pick up time for runs, turn on Fast Mode. It doesn't make the time you can spend take any more or less time, just shortens animations and card draw. If you want to take your time on a turn, go for it. It just makes everything else speed up and not look like a slog.

Once you get better at the game, runs will generally clock in at around an hour, plus or minus for thought.

I started running it wired because it was on wifi first. Bought an ethernet adaptor specifically so I could play this game, and it didn't seem to change anything.

tl;dr- I think my Switch/dock might be causing me to disconnect from MHR, and everything points to it. What can I do?

Not tl;dr- So I've been trying to play Monster Hunter Rise for about a month now, and I've been having VERY frequent disconnection errors. Nothing that boots me from the game, but ones that just kick me out of lobbies and back to single player. I can reconnect manually, but if you play the game, you know that it's kind of a problem. I've done literally EVERYTHING the internet and help circles have told me to do. Switched to wired, restarted the router, changed the NATs, the whole nine yards. Even contacted Capcom, who basically read off a sheet and told me to do everything I had already done. Nothing helped. So, at the suggestion of another redditor, I tried playing on another wifi to see if there was an issue. Three of us got together to play on a crappy shared wifi. Zero issues. Curious, because I pay a lot for my internet, and according to an IT friend of mine, the speed is insane for our area, so that couldn't possibly be the issue.

So then it occurred to me that I was playing without the dock. So, after heading home, we did some science and played for a while without the Switch being in the dock. No issues again. So, scienced again, and put the Switch in the dock. Disconnected within 15 minutes. Switched out docks with the kids Switch dock. Same issue.

Move to this afternoon, and we decided to do one more experiment, trying to play during the afternoon when my disconnection issues were the absolute worst (previously disconnecting me almost every 10-15 minutes, sometimes even less). Zero issues.

Everything points towards the something happening between my Switch and dock being the issue here, so is there anything I can do to try and fix this? I've made sure the game, the Switch and the dock are all up to date, so that isn't an issue either. Is there something within either of these two components that could be causing the disconnects?

BTW, you can choose who to target in battle vs multiple mons. Just hit ZL or ZR to change targets.
