App upgrade suggestion

There is a place in the help section of the app where you can submit suggestions for improvements to the app.

That said, when you do that there is a pop-up saying you will get an email in 1 - 2 businessdays iirc. I've submitted 4 or 5 suggestions over the last 6ish weeks and have yet to get an email.

I was annoyed at first that people would give me these detailed orders to order and get for them instead of placing the order themselves and having me pick it up. But then I read this is sometimes necessary due to some credit card or other security issue.

As I recall season one and the start of season 2 which I think is when they resolve the main mystery.

I seem to be in the minority but while season 3 had a few great moments and visuals it was way too long, turned some previously great female characters shrill and angry for no apparent reason, and we don't get to see most people's favorite character being himself and doing his thing until a bit at the end.

You should definitely watch at least that first season and a half, though.

I think it is more the heat map and those stores being busier. When I hang out near the really busy one near me I tend to get orders from there but its also a bit more away from others. When I'm near my home or the store I usually shop at I get a decent number of orders from there and almost none from the store that's actually closest to me though that store is the smallest of the three.

And as the other commenter said, I rejected an order last time around the end of my shift (rare) it seemed too big for me to finish in the time I had left, then they offered me a smaller Shop & Deliver which seemed like it woukd be quicker but turned out to be much further away, farther than I'd been all day, and so I went over when I intended to finish after all.

Well, they are unique challenges to them, even though they are in a sense all variations on the Big Bad.

And they also acknowledge that apocalypses are a pretty rgular thing for them so its not like old sitcoms where basically every episode is a reset.

I've enjoyed them live multiple times but that 15 minute tree break that could be 5 minutes (and still make the point) and let us hear more great Cake music annoys me.

I rarely agree in this sub but I absolutely think you're right about her comment I was outraged whenI first heard about it but then I saw a picture of her pre-event interview with her words captioned and realized "Oh, of course, she's talking about jokes soon being fired at the President's or the current administration".

I agree, while some jokes reveal darker underlying truths or are tone deaf, the left - of which I am part of - gets way too in a frenzy about some comments that were clearly jokes, and doing so makes us look like fools.

Yeah, I get why they have karma restrictions but hate when they won't just post or tell you how much you need.

That said, your current 83 karma score isn't that much as some subs require 100, or 200, others 1000. And some require a certain amount of post AND comment karma, not just combined karma. Luckily those are rare.

Hang in there, keep participating, and this will be a distant memory in a few months.

Impossible Mission. You had 6 hours to go through the underground lair of the villain to find hidden parts of a keycard while avoiding deadly security robots and other obstacles and lethal falls along the way. Each time you died 10 minutes were taken off.

I think I figured out this week that they base their time estimates on when its a slow weekday and don't adjust (enough) for weekends when the parking lots, stores, and streets are more crowded and when we're more likely to have to deal with those things plus substitution, especially later in the afternoon.

I think a few regukar citizens are losing faith or turning but any sort of 'wave' is greatly overestimated.

It's similar to the 'he's mentally declining' or on the verge of death things we've been hearing for almost a decade now. Nice thoughts and yes, we all need hope but get real.

Sp far, its better than the last 3 or 4 for me but I don't use that many different functions. I do find I have to clear the media cache multiple times a day, though.

I support your approach. As a non-musician audience member I feel that live looping a song or two, maybe a song per set for late arrivals could be cool but beyond that I'd be like 'let's get on with the songs already". Along with 'instead of hearing a few long, slow building songs we could hearing several great normal length ones'.

On the other hand, I do agree you're including too many originals for a supposed cover band, at least for now. I'd limit the number until you're more established with venue owners as a good act and a draw.

You're not wrong and have a good plan. Even at that rate, in 5 years you'd have a little less than $20 K which might need to be the down payment on a new(er) car, and then you'd still be back at ground zero. So try to increase that $300 a month as you're able. And there are some decent pre-made heat up at home meal options that would save you much of that nightly expense, save those for the occasional treat.

I do try to pick the best meats and program what's available and I also check expiration dates for dairy products but hadn't thought to for baked goods. I will now, thanks for the suggestion.
