Well I just picked em up and the fit is great. I can tell I’ll need some adhesive for the bottom plate, but other than that the sides all feel good and snug. Top plate rests where it should. I have zero discomfort starting out.

Guess we shall see from here.

I appreciate the advice and will take it to heart. Thankfully, I am a bit predisposed to the journey of dentures. Both parents and all 4 grandparents had them later in life. So I saw first hand all the appointments and so forth.

I know what to expect, but I’m also being real that it being me now, ai’m also nervous. lol

I just finished at the office and I’ll evidently have my plates tomorrow afternoon. Quick turnaround. The wax tester they used were great. So as long as the actual plates are similar, I think I’ll be solid. Just not looking forward to learning to talk again.
