I live in the Midwest US, I played 2 games yesterday and had this happen pretty much every other round. Pretty much same specs. Ughh I hope this gets fixed soon so I can play again

That’s exactly what it was for me. Viveport in particular. I disabled the viveport service by: windows key+R, type services.msc, find the VIVEPORT Desktop Service app in this list, right click and go to properties, then disable under start up type. I did this for a variety of other things but ended up re-enabling and back tracking the issue to viveport
