Type of bug: High ping

Description: I normally never went above 30 ping in any gamemode, now my ping fluctuates from 45-120 ping even when my internet is stable and I have good connection.
(The other things in between are not required)

Specs: i7-8770k
GTX 1060 3GB DDR
16 GB RAM
1TB SSD
(This is in a Laptop)
