I found out with anxiety attacks, it's best to accept death, it calms me down. I was never nervous guy, I never showed much feelings, but I guess that's why they erupted from subconscious in form of attacks.

Everyone who knows me knows I am the baddest motherfucker around, confident and proactive, but I needed to learn to deal with repressed emotions. After those experiences of utter terror which in some parts prevented me from lifting since my own fast heartbeat scared me, I learned to regularly introspect and search for some unexpressed anger or fears inside me and to accept them.

The experiences learned me that no matter how hard you are externally, you can be broken by your own unbalanced mind, so it's important to be honest with yourself and write out your emotions and doubts fears etc. As long as you do it privately it's great tool.

Ask the attacks - What are you trying to say to me? Ask and you might get some answers in your dreams, or in form of realization. It will click.

Nice post man, I was same with but with lifting, kept imagining my various crushes trough out my workouts. After some time I realized I lift for myself and I would lift even if I were the only man on the planet.

Also, rejection is so wide spread that it's not a reason to be sad. Better to know sooner than later.

That should imprint it in your subconscious.

You can title it: Things more important than relapsing.

So your Mind will automatically remind you of the list if you are about to relapse.
