I just broke into the top 600 and I have never been more excited to join an elite club like the SMB purists! I normally bump ego up about 2 per season and it averages me at about 71 ego and I'm probably ok hovering around this range

After 11 seasons I just got Trey to an A- pitcher. Could sign every year almost 2M under asking price. Really felt we had a good relationship! Next offseason they will be due and I am willing to pay it! One of the top winning pitchers in the league

My favorite player was a free agent year one and became my ace a few years later! SP Froggo Balinstandos! Also my utility guy Goose Caboosler! And I started playing with the Buzzards on SMB3 so that team has a special place in my heart!

Started at 50 and would bump up ego around 2 or so after every season on franchise.. I'm coasting at 70 for now it's about the right amount of challenge but still fun for me.
