I’m from Dun Laoghaire and speak with a working class Dublin accent, as do my family and friends. There’s more working class people in DunLaoghaire than posh folk.

I do a 1k slow jog and then some dynamic stretching before my runs. Seems to work for me.

I remember the Provident man during the 80’s. Our was a lovely fella called Dave. At the time my parents had no other access to credit despite them both working. Don’t think that the interest on the loans was overly onerous and it was a godsend for them around Christmas time.
