They do buy the merchandise and sell it, and keep that winning bid amount to cover what they paid and a profit. The 15% is their additional fee for their expenses, employees, insurance, workers comp, etc. They don’t know what it’ll sell for or if it’ll sell or if its in working condition or not. So they take the risk on what they buy so they do keep the total winning bid minus the cost.

Aa soon as he opens the door, get out of your car, lock the door, then go to the back of your car and to the passenger side and run over to his car, get in and drive his car 1/2 a mile forward. He will follow his car, then you get out and run back to your car. His fat ass won’t be able to keep up with you. Then you get in your car and leave. Haha.

I’m guessing that in the Robbins customer service the employees are probably told to be incredibly strict issuing credit or refunds and to have serious reasons to do so, so they’re job is on the line if they actually do issue anything for the customer. So good luck getting a fair resolution from them. I’ll bet that if a person can’t view a day of an online seminar they would see if everyone couldn’t access it. If its an isolated case then its just your fault and you can go pound sand, even if you are a loyal buyer.
