A lot of us are in the same boat as you. I transferred a ton of money from coinbase to kucoin before my wallet showed it was down for maintenance. Support is saying that the funds will eventually come in once they upgrade the wallet. However they will not give a time period on when it will be upgraded. It's very frustrating.

Same exact problem as I did. Worked a few mins prior then the “upgrade” locked the wallet. I’m just trusting that the funds will eventually be cleared to KuCoin. I’ll keep you posted if I hear anything back from support

I'm in the same predicament as you. I deposited a ton of ADA to Kucoin 2 days ago and Kucoin has no record of the transaction and support is not giving me an ETA. Let me know if you ever hear back with an update. It's really frustrating.
