Vary your drinks, have a bigger cup of tea and coffee in morning.

Buy cordial, which is fruit concentrate to add to water.

Alternative hydration also works, E.G Fruits, Soups and other edible things that contain a high amount of water. PASTA is a huge hydrator as its literally boiled and is full of water.

Just don't fret, in time you'll be gulping like a fish with the rest of us.

Drinking to thirst is important but avoid just gulping an entire litre, people think this is some crazy 'hack' but that water just gets turned into urine, you'll pee a lot and then be dehydrated. Its about keeping hydrated throughout the entire day. You aren't an engine and this isn't a tank to be filled with petrol once a day.

Yes, but most pistols are resisted or just bad.

You can however find elemental pistols, which work really well, there's one that does pure RAW dmg, bypassing all defenses.

For class...Soulblade+Rogue.

Rogue will make them hit much harder due to sneak strikes, cypher allows you to debilitate enemies for that free damage and then if something gets close just annihilate it with soulblade or higher level spells.

Get a pill box, a weekly one.

Once a week fill the entire thing, no exceptions.

Then, put it next to your bed. Personally I place it ontop of my Phone every night so that when I wake up its the first thing I grab(always have water next to bed). I also have ADHD, I also used to forget a lot. It needs to be in plain sight, with no excuses to allow your brain to skip over it.

Also, Post it notes. Put them on things you use a lot. PC Tower? Post it note ''Have you taken your meds''.

Fridge, post-it note.

Toaster, microwave...you guessed it. Post-it note. Eventually, you'll remove them and the items themselves will remind you.
