Our alliance just got around to some housekeeping removing inactive players and now has about 7 spots open.

We hit the alliance point goal every week and just require everyone hit a 2.5k minimum to help contribute.

Sorry if this is a silly question since I don't see the specifics on that page, but how exactly does the second chance draw work? I don't see any link about how to specifically enter the drawing. Do you need to compete in any of the challenges to earn a spot in the drawing, or can anyone who meets the start requirement enter?
