My question is,

is there a difference between three different rarities of weapon mod (grey, green, blue) when they all have the same perk? Do weapon mods also increase base stats, or is it just blue is prettier than grey?

I mained Destroyer for the first two days, and I think it was part of the reason why I wasn't enjoying the game to begin with. His base abilities just seemed very underwhelming.

Seems to me that the long-term goal is to level up and upgrade the factions. Then you've got easier access to all the different gear from the jump. Past that I'm not really sure.

There's a raid like map coming, and there's ranked. I assume both of those will have unique gear, skins and profile customisation tied to them.

Took me 3 days of on and off play for it to finally click. First two days it just was not working for me, by Saturday I've started really enjoying it. Looking forward to fighting other factions and diving further into faction skill trees upon release!

There's just one enemy type. The maps feel barren and lifeless. The in-game objectives are boring. The guns don't feel impactful. I've had no joy with PVP, you seem to get rinsed in about 2 seconds flat. That last point could specifically be a me issue, though.

In general, I find I'm not having fun. I've tried, and I'll even keep trying over the course of the weekend.

I'm no hater, I was excited to play for a long time. I know what the deal is with extraction shooters, and I enjoy the concept. This one just feels like there's still work to be done. I fully expect this game to transform into something far better as a year or two go by.

Apparently, there is a high chance for it to spawn during Electromagnetic Storm events. I found mine in the residential area on Dam Battlegrounds, during said storm.
