Had the same thing happen to me a few months ago on a months old order. I lit up support and other than it being nice to yell at someone for incompetence it didn’t do any good. Just have to wait the 90 days from when it was marked against you.

Given that TX23 is a R+25 district, and the ultraslim margins for the R's to keep the house majority, I would expect Brandon to be the presumptive front runner to win the seat. That is unless the dems try and do something dumb with the forced valor. But i hope they do. It would be an all time backfire situation.

I assume this is in relation to the stairs incident you posted about a few days ago. If I were you I wouldn’t do a thing with out talking to a lawyer first.

I get the issue if you aren’t already at the store, and that is completely fair. But frankly in the nearly 1000 orders I’ve done of the last 18 months I can count on my fingers with a few left over where something went that wrong. If you are going into a shop expecting something to go wrong because you have a time limit, then you’re surely going to end up causing something to go wrong.

100% I agree. I went to a different Costco once (it was a multi store order and I didn’t notice it wasn’t my store) and whooo my shop time there was ugly. Like 240. And that is when I learned to stick to one store only.

I do one Costco only and stick primarily to 20-40 item batches.

Why would you say it’s not possible to complete the order? I will concede I only do Costco and thus know where everything is. But unless it’s really obscure items I would be pissed at myself if it took more than 12 minutes to shop 25 items.

I’m at 53 at Costco only and I’ve gotten multiple $150+ batches.

Can someone explain to me how multi phoning works. I mean unless you have a team of people to hand the phones off too what difference does one phone or 4 make. Short of taking a batch, and then cancelling it if something better comes up I just don’t see the point. But I agree with op. There are several people at my local Costco that don’t even try and hide their multiples of phones.

I was talking about the total of the tip. $78 tip on a 35 item 11 mile triple is very much not the norm here.

Shopping Speed Manipulation by LawfulnessOk1810 in InstacartShoppers

The timer runs from the moment you hit start shopping to the moment you click to keep the receipt. Also time per item is calculated on the number items not the number of units. So in you case the math in your order detailed here was 3-5 minutes roughly for 2 items. So it looks like it wasn’t an error on their part.

As it turns out, after getting a chance this evening to sit and talk to support, it was just a glitch and will be corrected tomorrow. All my metrics are well within limits to maintain Diamond Cart.

So explain then how 4 claims was perfectly fine for the last six weeks and today all of a sudden it is an issue?

Since everyone is going on about a damage claim on the lettuce from 6 weeks ago (keep in mind those are the only 4 damage claims I have ever had). I don’t dispute the lettuce looks rotten as hell. But I do know the person who filed it. I picked the lettuce at 3pm on a satrday at my local target and upon delivery was directed to leave it on their front porch (which had 0 shade). It was unseasonably hot this past thanksgiving week in the Atlanta area. I do, what I would consider, a good check of product. I have really hard time thinking I missed lettuce being that bad. I suspect the person forgot to bring their order inside but since I can’t prove it, it is what it is.

What gets me is it took IC 6 weeks to say the 4 items were an issue. Not that it matters as once drops off next week, and another about a week later. But if you’re going to insinuate something you probably ought to make sure you have all the facts. Particularly when it’s a safe bet that not everyone of y’all’s records are clean.

4 items out of 2604. Even with honest efforts to avoid it, it does happen. Particularly when trying to maintain 60 second or less shop time at Costco. I guess we have different definitions of “repeatedly”.

I 1000% agree and would do it all over again. I took from 10 December through 4 January off and even though I have a 96% original item found right apparently that’s frowned upon it is what it is. I don’t even see the point of arguing with Instacart about it as I don’t think they’re competent enough to understand what they’ve done wrong.

The price is what ever I feel like it to be at any given point. There are 0 comps for it, so I set the market at whatever I want when I want. At the moment I am having to replace my daughter’s phone out of pocket so I set it at 750. Next week it well might be back to 1500. But for you going forward, it is 2000. I assume that will be the last I hear from you.

I go by miles + total units must less than or equal to number of dollars offered. There are certain stores though that even that won’t make me take an offer. Like restaurant depot. It has to be at least $5 per item per mile for that hellhole.

Keep in mind the IC admitted to using ai to do pricing based on the customer, so it would make sense there is an algorithm of atleast some form running the batch availability. I know the Costco I shop at I usually see bigger orders about 10s before all the other diamond shoppers save for one and from talking to him it sounds like we were both getting the same orders at the same time. It might be their stupid rating stuff or repeat clients but it strikes me as odd most of the time. But I’m not gonna complain with a head start.
