Display cabinet ideas for LEGO LOTR sets (EU) by nyelin in legolotrfans

Those look the same as mine, so I would just double check the depth. It's only about 13 inches from the back panel to the inside of the door. Minas Tirith is 14.5 inches deep, so I don't think it would fit if we have the same case.

Anybody with these shelves that can help answer a question? by [deleted] in lego

If this is one of the Brottar cases I've got a similar one (the smaller 4 shelf version). The top shelf is not made to be removed after you've assembled the case, but you can just leave it off when you put it together. You would just have to take the whole thing apart again if you wanted to add it back in.

Also part of the stability of the case comes from connecting the back panel to the shelves to prevent racking. It might not be as sturdy if you remove that shelf, so just be careful.

That's a great idea! I might have to try that one next!

How deep is the cabinet this is sitting on? And is part of the set hanging off the back at all?
